We are looking for an experienced chef to join a successful and busy kitchen. Must work well in a team and have a very good level of English both written and speaking. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and have a good understanding of all current HACCP procedures and practices. The aim, is to create a memorable experience for all our guests so they return to our pub on a regular basis. Manage profitability, development and operational efficiencies of all aspects. Develop aspects of service and training, and promote and manage customer feedback. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety, food hygiene within the department; ensure that a healthy, safe and positive work environment is maintained at all times.
Hours: 44 over 5 days
Shift: 10am – 2.30pm & 5pm – 9.30pm
Start Date: Immediate
Wage: £42,000 per year
