Consumer Electronics Research & Listing Assistant

To support the Group IT Manager in providing a robust and secure IT system to the staff and customers of Jacksons (CI) Ltd and other Group companies as necessary.

To operate an internal helpdesk providing help and assistance in IT related matters to the staff of Jacksons and associated companies.

To maintain system records and the disaster recovery plan in an accurate and timely fashion. Suitable IT experience is essential to the role.
